We perform surgeries at DCH Regional Medical Center, Northport DCH, and HealthSouth Surgical Center.

Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Wednesday hours are 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

There is a doctor on call 24 hours a day year round. In case of emergency, call our office for assistance.

Our office is accepting new patients. Please call our office for an appointment. Check with your insurance company to make sure you do not need a referral from your primary care physician.

Upon arrival for your appointment, please bring with you all your insurance cards. If your appointment is made well enough in advance, we will mail out papers for you to fill out and return to our office. Otherwise, you need to arrive early enough to complete these papers in our office before your appointment time.

We will make every effort to meet all of our scheduled appointments. However, in some instances there may be delays. When this occurs, we will keep you informed as soon as possible.

All prescription refills can be handled during your office visit, or by phone during office hours.
